I'm your host Samantha Faye.

And I'm Deb Bowen.

And we're very happy to have you here with us this week as we discuss famous metaphysical schools.

We get a lot of emails and comments on our Facebook page about feeling as though you're alone in your awakening process and discovering your intuitive abilities.

And one of the things that I always recommend is finding your own community or creating your own community by looking up local metaphysical stores and seeing if they offer classes going to your local unity church and seeing if they offer groups and classes checking out a wavy circle and meditation class.

Or when all else fails creating your own and putting it out there on a on a meetup page and see if you can meet with like minded people.

But we thought it would be fun for this hour to discuss some of the famous metaphysical schools.

We're going to focus primarily on America and then my mecca that I hope to go to author friendly and in England.

But before we get into that, as you all know, we start with an animal of the week and a crystal of the week. Deb, would you like to start with your animal?

I'd be delighted to this is somebody I've never done on the show before. This is and I think that this is an appropriate for like a person to discuss as we talk about learning and communicating.

I want to talk about your raft. We all know what a giraffe looks like and I bet that everybody listening to this podcast immediately saw the picture of the giraffe and thought long neck and long legs and little head.

That's right. And those body parts in the way a giraffe is built are very symbolic metaphysically.

So let's talk about the neck because the neck of the giraffe as all of us is a bridge between the head and the rest of our bodies.

Our neck helps us to cross over into new realms and new perceptions.
