we both read this amazing article uh by a o scott called the death of adulthood it came out i think

last weekend in new york times magazine and I mean, the title grabbed me in general.

I mean, it's interesting because it's really not about the death of adulthood, though.

Like, basically...

As a real life institution, no.

Yeah, he's basically saying, like, adulthood is dead.

Like, it already was, it's just kind of gone he's basically saying, like, adulthood is dead.

Like, it already is, it's just kind of gone.

And that's, like, the, the basic notion.

Yeah, adulthood, as in popular culture, has been gone, if it ever really even existed.

It's kind of what he brings up. And he brings up a lot of really great examples.

I mean, even going all the way back to Huckleberry Finn.

Yeah.

You know, all the way straight up through like Walter White of Breaking Bad and Tony

Soprano of The Sopranos and Don Draper of Matt Men.
