That's Anthony Travers, a lawyer based in the Cayman Islands.

He's a former senior partner at a multinational law firm,

and he's been made an OBE for his work in the Cayman Islands financial services industry.

But I want to stop for a minute and wind back to 1975, when plain old

Anthony Travers, a newly qualified solicitor with a Cambridge degree, arrives in Georgetown Grand

Cayman. Back then, the Cayman Islands are a sleepy remnant of the fast, vanishing British Empire.

By 1975 though, the Cayman Islands are getting a new kind of reputation for their low taxes.

Anthony is here to join a fledgling law firm that will grow to be one of the major players in a system that touches all of our lives.

The first, he's going to do something unusual.

He's going to rewrite the laws of an entire country.

who died homeless on the doorstep of the British Parliament in Westminster, London in 2018.

I want to know how someone like Jula could die homeless while surrounded by more empty homes than anywhere else in the country.
