Hey, everybody, and welcome to the Rob Leifeld show featuring Rob Observations.

I am so excited to share with you today that this is our five year anniversary, five year

anniversary. Let the record show that it was May 26, 2020, that I went live with

this show for the first time. We were a podcast only kind of show until just the last few weeks

with you guys joining us. You've been saying from the very beginning

Rob can you get to YouTube can you get to you and so many of you you you have flooded

the replies and I appreciate it so much I uh all I can say is thanks for being here for

five years and if you're just joining us on YouTube welcome to our all new era

the the incredible thing about this was as I mentioned, because this was born in the loneliness and the kind of, I call it the abject loneliness of the pandemic.

People weren't connecting.

They weren't.

My friends were shut off from their other friends.

Occasionally other parents with other kids meet with other kids.

As you know, all my teens were all my kids were teenagers during that time.

But even just the people that I talked to on the phone, we just had less and less to talk about because so much of the world was restricted from us.

Beaches, parks, it was crazy.

Wherever you were here in Southern California, it was a little crazy.

And I had had a knack, as they say, a hankering to do a podcast.
