death fists feels part one is called death there's three parts of this episode, all happening within this episode.

Part 1 is called Death. Part 2 is called Fists. Part 3 is called Feels. Hence the title,

Death Fists Feels. And if you're thinking that might be the most awkward title ever I

completely agree with you and I'm oddly quite proud of it so welcome to death fists feels Welcome to Death Fist's Feels.

And literally all I want to do in this episode is give you a couple words,

a couple images, a couple phrases, a mantra or two that have helped me so much in the past year and have helped me

specifically clean up the clatter and clutter and chatter.

Ooh, look at that, the clatter,

the clutter and the chatter in my mind.

They have helped make my mind a much calmer quieter place because it can get a little loud up there.

You might know what I'm talking about.

It can get a little chaotic up there and so that's what death fists

feels is is just me trying to capture essentially what I what I've been learning.

In other news, before we get to Death Fist Feels,

I'm gonna do another space sit,

I can't even, still can't even say it.

Space ship session, if you come up with a thing from an event and then you give it a name that's

like a tongue twister that you can barely pronounce.

That is an issue.

But I did three spaceship sessions in April

and I enjoyed them so much.
