One of the most vaccinated countries sets new record for COVID. I'm Matt Staver, co-host of Freedom Alive.

The Israeli Ministry of Health recently announced more than 72,000 people tested positive for the COVID virus. That's the largest rise in infection since the start of COVID.

Yet Israel has one of the highest COVID-19 vaccination rates in the world. Nearly half of its citizens have received at least three shots. Nearly 73% have received at least one dose, while roughly 66% are fully vaccinated according to government data.

Israel was among the very first countries to roll out the injections more than a year ago. Now Israel is preparing to try a fourth shot in an attempt to stop the Amichron variant.
