well, you know, it used to be he'll get a paycheck in two weeks. And now it's not this endless

supply that will last for forever. This is Alyssa. She's 38 years old and she lives in northern Utah. Her husband died about three years ago. He'd had health issues, but his passing was sudden. And it completely upended her life.

He was the primary provider and I stayed home with our four kids. And so we had a really big financial change.
