Season 2 of Dea Therapist starts Tuesday, July 20th.

And we can't wait to share these all new sessions with you.

So here's a quick reminder of what we do on the podcast.

We're both therapists and we let you listen in on real sessions with real people and

hear what happens.

And at the end of each session, we give actionable advice that our guests have to complete

in a week.

And then we hear back about how it went.

And you and I don't discuss things beforehand so we have no idea what's going to happen

each week.

In season 2, we're going deep on issues like narcissistic exits, mother daughter issues,

boundaries and gas lighting, Instagram shooting, shopping addiction, abusive parents.

And helping not just our guests, but also you, our listeners, to find a path forward.

I'm scared to discover another lie because I feel like if there was another lie that

that would be the deal breaker and then it's like, all these kids, all these kids are involved.
