Okay, my unsolicited advice is not going to sound not controversial to a lot of people, but it is going to sound controversial to you.

Which is, you should sleep train your children.

You should sleep your babies children. You should sleep bring your babies.

Oh my God.

I don't know that you find it controversial,

but you know that the general topic is controversial.

I know it very well, and I'm not sure what to say because I promised myself I would never discuss this publicly

Let's just say there's like two ways to be successful with baby sleep.

One is sleep training and the other is co- sleeping.
