So before I get started, I did want to ask you, do you have one piece of advice, unsolicited

advice that you just think is important for the average person to know?

Yeah, you know, the world right now is just so crazy, right? And there's so much negativity

in the world. I try to just wake up with gratitude. I mean, I talk about that all the

time. I just talked about gratitude on Red Table Talk on my podcast. You know, that is

my thing. I live in a space of gratitude because I've been through my own challenges.

And I just think that with everything that's going on in the world, it's easy to kind

of get to fall into that negative space and almost into a space of hopelessness, too,

because, you know, wow, as human beings, we are treating one another. We've stepped way

back. Definitely. So it can be really dark if you fall into it. So just try to live in

the space of gratitude and compassion for others and try to find your own joy.

And it even helps when you're just in a bad mood for no reason. Actually, a couple of

hours ago, I found myself just, I was just in a funk. I just wasn't in a good mood. And

I actually did sit down and write down a short gratitude list just for having a job
