Maddie I am your host and today I am also your doctor I should have explained this

in the prompt on my Instagram story,

but I forget because I know that there's people

who are just joining us and haven't been here

Dr. Maddie is not doctor in a medical sense. It's doctor in a Dr. Laura's sense where you guys write into me things you maybe need advice on and I give you my probably terrible takes on it and I mean I really do try to be

helpful I try but I like to give myself some room to be wrong I don't want to be

responsible for your guys's bad decisions like I don't want to be responsible for your guys's bad decisions.

Like I don't want to give advice and then have somebody message me and be like I took your advice and now I'm, you know,

homeless and have no family and whatever. I don't want to be responsible for that. So just take my advice with a grain of salt as we should have all done with Dr. Laura who in hindsight had really, really bad sexist advice.

But anyway, that's really, oh actually no, that's not all,

I need to tell you guys something, I need you guys to emotionally prepare for something.

Normally I would just let it happen and let you guys figure it out on your own,

but we're gonna get some new music for the podcast.
