30 | Happy back-to-school season to those who celebrate! I am now two years post-college graduation, but I still miss back-to-school season and wanted to make a small contribution (and feel included) :')

I feel that I accumulated a lot of knowledge during my college years that had nothing to do with academics, so today I want to share what I learned so you can avoid making the same mistakes as I did.

This week, I'm sharing my best advice and tips about college (and school in general). I'm covering topics like high school vs. college, college admissions advice, dealing with homesickness, getting comfortable and making friends in a new environment, school/life balance, my GOLDEN RULES for time management and mitigating stress, studying tips, and advice on transferring.

0:31.9	advice session, Q&A, chit chat episode today. And I decided for this episode, I wanted to make a theme for it
0:41.5	it, because it's August. And August, to me, has always meant back to school. And while the
0:48.2	actual school part wasn't thrilling to me to think about, I loved back to school season. Back to school season was my
0:57.6	shit, like doing back to school shopping, specifically supplies shopping, stationary, getting a new
1:04.2	backpack, maybe, getting a new planner, notebooks, pens, pencils, all that was my absolute favorite time of the year. I started
1:14.8	my YouTube channel in college and the videos that I made around back to school season I feel like
1:21.0	are really what got my channel up and running. Like it gained a lot of traction from videos like that.
1:28.3	I made What's My Backpack videos for college, my going into my sophomore, junior, and senior years.
1:34.3	And they are some of the highest performing videos that I've ever made on my channel.
1:39.3	And also some college vlogs and things like that have been up there. So I just really enjoyed back to school season.
1:48.1	And it's so nostalgic to me. And I'm, I don't miss school. Don't get me wrong. I don't miss school. I don't want to go back to school. But I do miss the back to school season. I miss the excitement of getting, you know, everything ready for a new year,
2:03.8	the preparation, the organization. I'm also a big stationary person. I love a good journal and I love
2:09.7	pens and pens and I love everything stationary related and everything planning and organizing. And this was
2:14.7	just my fucking time. This was my prime time and I miss it so much.
2:19.4	So in an effort to still contribute to the back to school season that I love so much,
