We might Sam up so we can listen to him, the way he's handling the hovel calls, how he's handling things at the line of scrimmage.

It's given us a lot of insight into that. We're going to do with all our quarterbacks, but we started with Sam last week.

And so it's really interesting to watch the way you can see he's stepping into the hovelies, taking charge, taking command.

You all miked up when I'm saying the play calls and that's the line of scrimmage. So it's been fun. It's a good opportunity for me to learn and hear what I sound like, because it's something I've really never heard before.

But when they first said they were going to do it, I was kind of shocked because I've never heard of.

So I'm doing it. I think it's a great idea and it's definitely been fun to hear their feedback and stuff like that.

For all quarterbacks, it's a tool to help really drive home certain coaching points and just see what they're seeing.

To see what they're seeing, to be on the same page as the player.

Jucks to pose that kind of detail for emphasizing coaching points and getting the players to be the best possible performers on the field they can be with what we just spent the last 50 minutes talking about.

And this goes to all the coaches out there because we know they watch. We know they pay attention.

You guys are going to go to all these creative lengths to try to get the most out of your players on the field.

Why in the, are you not talking to these guys individually, looking them in the eye and putting the fear of God into them to not bet on anything on their phones.

You're in charge of your teams. It's your job to do it. And I would suspect that some of them are, but clearly not all of them.

Dan Campbell's got four, maybe five that are going by by because of it.

Somebody needs to understand that the coaches and all these people to come up with all these high end ways to maximize performance.

And I don't want to keep pushing this point, but it's a critical point.

That same kind of care needs to be put into telling the players, don't eat the apple.

I mean, yes, but you know, at a point too, Mike, like it does, you know, the coach is a little bit, yeah, they're worried about football.

They've got, they're going, wait, we've said it in meetings. They've watched a video that they all himden haught about for 45 minutes.

And what else? They don't want me to babysit them all the time.

So there comes a point where you go, hey, that's a grown man. He knows the rules. He was in the meeting.

I've said it and looked the guy in the eye and said it already in another meeting.
