It was a real honor to talk to Dean Karnazes, the man who brought ultra marathons to the mainstream with his 2004 Best Selling Book "Ultramarathon Man".  Since then, Dean has become a beloved spokesman for the running community and was named by TIME magazine as one of the 100 "Most Influential People in the World."

For the last 30 years, Dean has pushed his body and mind to find the limits of the human possibility. Some of his highlights include running 350 miles NON-STOP, Winning the Badwater 135 mile Ultramarathon across Death Valley, Running a Marathon at the South Pole, and Running 52 marathons in 52 states in 52 days.
