I've noticed that, you're... No, this is something I've noticed that. That was funny. Europeans have a very, um,

disdain for American fashion, but I, it's understandable. Most Americans can't dress, but you're

not talking about, you're not talking about people from New York though. So that's different it's just it's a difference like this new york fashion and then there's middle america fashion i'm from the middle west i'll do that it's good though we adopted them uh But Dean, you look very sharp, my brother.

What led you to become a CEO in the tech sector?

And what is your biggest motivator to keep going forward?

Oh man, well, firstly, thank you guys for having me here.

Like I said before, you know, I'm a big, big fan of the show, big fan of the format, you know, getting these people together and giving all these gems. It's amazing. So it's a pleasure and an honor to be part of this. I think I've, you know, told that story a couple of times. What got me into tech was the biggest kind of failure in my career, right? I was trying to play football that didn't work out. I had a bunch of debt. And then when that kind of all came to a head, my agent at the time said, you got to go work at Motorola because you're in so much debt you need to earn money right now and why it's going to cripple you for life. And very tough decision, very difficult moment in life, but it turned out, it turned out to be okay.

Yeah.

For someone sitting down in a crowd who was inspired by you being here tonight, if you can go back to when you were 19 or 20, what three pieces of advice would you give them?
