Jesus was suffering and dying on a cross.

And he looked up to heaven and he declared to his father,

it is finished.

And the moment that he gave his life, the earth trembled

And his disciples, the people that had left their families,

left their jobs, left their comfort abandoned everything to follow him,

they were terrified.

They were unsettled, they were afraid.

What happened? He said he was in Messiah and he's no longer alive.

And three days later, according to Matthew's gospel,

early on Sunday morning, as the new day was dawning,

Mary Magdalene and the other Mary would out to visit the tomb where Jesus was buried.

And suddenly, there was a great earthquake.

For an angel of the Lord came down from heaven,
