| 1:00.6 | where Jesus was reminding us of what our response to fearful things should be. He |
| 1:05.9 | said, you will hear wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not |
| 1:11.2 | alarmed. Now as moms, we are prone to lots of worrying. There's lots of things |
| 1:15.5 | to worry about. We can worry about the health and well-being of our children. We |
| 1:18.9 | can worry about finances. We can worry about current events for goodness sake, |
| 1:23.3 | you know, turn on the television. We can worry about our children's education, |
| 1:27.7 | our relationships with others, but worrying does not profit us. |
| 1:32.3 | Corey Tenboom once said, worrying is carrying tomorrow's load with today's |
| 1:37.1 | strength, carrying two days at once. It is moving into tomorrow ahead of time. I |
| 1:44.0 | love that. And so often our first response to fear is to panic. The basis of |
| 1:49.5 | panic is cowardice. Said Oswald Chambers, Jesus tells us over and over that he |
| 1:55.4 | can be trusted and that he is with us always. And you know what, mom? At the end |
