So we are coming off the heels of Father's Day.

And for so many, holidays are a happy time of celebration, depending on which holiday and all the things.

And oftentimes, it can be filled with a lot of pain, a lot of hurt, a lot of grief.

I think for a number of reasons.

One, because so many of us have this expectation that our family is supposed to be perfect

and we're supposed to have this happy time because the rest of the world allegedly is.

And I think that people suffer in silence a lot.

And one of the reasons why I wanted to bring up the subject of family dynamics today is because so oftentimes the family system

in the family dynamic gets replayed in our businesses. So as you're listening here today, you can

maybe make some business connections or maybe this will just feed your soul on a personal

basis as well.
