The one I've had for as long as I can remember.

Even when I did not have a name for you,

you are the pounding in my chest, the beating of my heart, the racing of my breath,

the churn in my stomach.

You are the panic I feel, the multiple questions I have no answers to.

You are the worries that cripple me, the questioning of my reality.
