lives and you know how they are and they know you all your life and they think they know who you are.

But then some people, they go out and listen to shows like this.

They listen to my other show, the overwhelmed brain, they listen and read and watch

and study and do everything they can to improve themselves.

They go through a personal growth process.

And when they do that, they shift.
