1:06.5	Both Trump and Mexico's president, Claudia Shanebaum confirmed on social media today that they reached
1:13.0	an agreement. Mexico is sending 10,000 troops to its border with the U.S. to stop the flow of
1:19.5	drugs into United States. And in exchange, Trump has agreed to push pause on the new tariffs at least for 30
1:26.6	days. The U.S. was also ready to impose 25% tariffs on Canadian goods coming into the United States,
1:34.5	but late Monday afternoon, Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, announced that he and Trump
1:40.6	had reached an agreement to pause the tariffs for also at least 30 days.
1:46.3	Trudeau wrote on social media, I just had a good call with President Trump.
1:50.5	Canada is implementing our $1.3 billion plan to reinforce the border with new choppers, technology and personnel,
1:58.7	enhanced coordination with our American partners, and increased resources
2:03.5	to stop the flow of fentanyl. Nearly 10,000 frontline personnel are and will be working on protecting
2:09.9	the border. But Trump will still be using the International Emergency Economic Powers Act to impose
