Something strange is going on at Yellowstone National Park. I found this very strange journal when I was hiking in Yellowstone last summer.

Normally I wouldn't even bother to mention it, but when I found it just sitting off the edge of a walkway around the big hot springs, I was curious.

It was one of those really classic leather-bound journals and I love all those rustic

styles. After picking it up, I looked around at the crowd of people roaming across the walkways

thinking maybe somebody had dropped it, but no one looked like they were looking for anything.

I even shouted that I'd found it, hoping the owner would come for it, but after getting a few strange looks, I figured the owner was long gone.
