All right, we're here this morning to hear a motion for reconsideration of bond that's been filed by defense defense you ready to move forward

your motion we're ready on state are you ready as well before we get started defense and state

approached me in chambers with a sack of letters I have read these, and I'm going to say I greatly appreciate

y'all getting them to me ahead of time. I know some of these are from the, I think I have

two separate grandfathers that wrote a letter, grandmother, several family friends that were in here,

some that had been lifelong friends there were also a couple

letters from people that just met miss patrick after the incident there was one that was very

kind even said judge i don't seem to you and the decision you have to make in the way to that

so that person i appreciate that as well um i say that just to let you know I did read this and I picked

out one in particular and said that so that y'all know I did read these and they do they do

matter no matter what the decision is that I make today these letters do matter and they have been

read and said all right state you ready as well? Steve's ready.
