| 0:47.8 | constructive, to give us the energy to correct an evil or end an injustice. But anger becomes sinful when it's inappropriate |
| 0:58.9 | for the circumstances, maybe it's too strong or it lasts too long or it seeks to hurt others to get revenge |

| 1:14.4 | This kind of anger, it's not constructive, |

| 1:19.6 | Anger is sinful when we use it to get our way like a terrorist. So when do you get angry? What causes |

| 1:43.0 | What good is that kind of anger going to do anyone? |

| 1:50.4 | The whole point of anger is to help you carry out the decisions that you can make |
