Summary

Just weeks after a Wisconsin jury declared that Kyle Rittenhouse acted in self-defense when he shot three protestors, another Wisconsin jury has been seated for a similar trial. This time bicyclist Theodore Edgecomb is charged with killing Jason Cleereman after a road rage confrontation. Edgecomb’s defense claims the shooting, which was captured on video, is a clear case of self-defense and is even calling into question the behavior of Cleereman’s wife immediately after the shooting. Court TV’s Ted Rowlands joins host Vinnie Politan to break down the defense’s strategy and where it may have gone wrong.
