Blood found that the residence has been confirmed as hers, and key surveillance devices were

disabled in the early morning hours deepening concern.

Why would someone abduct an 84-year-old woman under darkness in the early morning hours?

The answer may lie in a ransom note sent to several media outlets that references specific details from the crime scene, though investigators

have yet to publicly confirm the authenticity of this letter. With a deadline approaching, concern is

growing. Nancy is considered a vulnerable adult with limited mobility and critical medical needs,

which makes the urgency in bringing her home all the more grave.
