my name is Laura Woods and with me now in the studio Darmes chef and

former West Ham striker Dean Ashton who is a lot better looking than

Pete Graves. I said it I'm sorry he won't like it to say you that.

Dean you're not too bad looking either. Boys thank you for joining me obviously I I'm not beat Graves, but I'm stepping in for him because he's

had a very busy couple of days with it being deadline day. And I just want to ask you, first of all,

Darmish, what deadline day is like for you?

Um, actually it's at odds to the rest of the window for me, bizarrely,

because in the last few years I've been based in the studio on deadline day.

Leading up to deadline day, I'm covering effectively every single transfer on the Skypad or chats during the transfer center shows.

And then deadline day comes along and we've got a different reporter at every club

So I'm kind of just like picking up the pieces here and there

Doing a few chats with the presenters did a couple couple of nice things yesterday got to go on the set with Alan Smith and Ryan Mason and Julian Warren, which was something that hadn't done in in previous windows to just give a few bits and pieces that I'd come across during the

window so it's been a tiring window but a good one.

Have you got anything that you do after every deadline day? Any kind of not superstitions but

anything to celebrate a good day's work done? I just go to sleep normally. I mean what I tend to do when the window shuts I go through to a

drive-thru of a certain fast food chain which we won't mention because there are lots available.

But this is the best one.
