This week we get the pleasure of listening to the second set.

The band's performance? At the Uptown Theater in Chicago, Illinois, August 19th, 1980.

Great Second Set coming your way this week.

It starts out with a tune that became quite common in the 80s, but this was the first time it had been played since

1965. Little Red Rooster starts out to set. Goes into China Cat Sunflower into I Know Your

Rider. A nice estimated profit follows.

Eyes of the world, quite nicely jammed out into drums and space. There is a little bit of an audience.

There was a cutting the soundboard tape so there's some audience patches there, but they're not going to diminish your enjoyment of this, I don't think. Playing in the band, follows.

Then, the highlight of the second set for my mind, a beautiful comes of time, one of the

best versions you'll ever hear. Into a playing in the band, Reprise, around and around, they close

set two with an Alabama getaway. What a great closing number. Come back with a

Johnny Be Good encores, befits this great show. Hope you enjoy it. Thanks so much
