Summary

As we wind down the month of July and head into the Days Between, I came across this recording from the historic July 1976 run at the Orpheum Theatre - San Francisco, CA which I thought was most enjoyable so I wanted to share it with you. This is from the second night, July 13. I hadn't heard the show in this quality before so I hope you enjoy it.

Some of the highlights here include a very pretty 'Peggy-O' and a truly wonderful 'Crazy Fingers'. Checck out Phil on the latter and how the spanish-type jam just goes on and on... that goes into a very nice 'Let It Grow' and then to a rare first-set 'drums' segment.

0:09.1	As we near the anniversary of Garcia's birthday, I have to found a really nice recording
0:14.8	from the historic run at the Orphium Theatre in San Francisco, California in July 1976.

0:42.0	Cassidy, then some long-tuning and banter, but it leads into a great version of crazy
0:48.0	fingers, one of the best versions I've ever heard.
0:50.8	That goes into a nice, let it grow, and then, surprisingly, a drum interlude here in the
0:55.5	first set, and they close set one with a nice might as well.
0:58.8	So, hope you enjoyed this, I want to hope that July 3rd you well, and that we roll into
