I'm so glad you could pick us up this week.

This week we're going to conclude our presentation of the interesting show from September

the 21st, 1973 at the Spectrum in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

We're going to be hearing the second set and as I said last week this is being played in

honor of the passing of Martin Fierro, lost lost a battle long battle with lung cancer recently

and Martine's on the sacks on this second set along with Joe Ellis on trumpet and I think

you'll find they're a fascinating addition to songs, especially like Weather Reports,

Sweet, let it grow, sound great like the songs were written to have them there.

I think you'll really enjoy it.

This set starts off with a, I think it's a last rendition of Let Me Sing Your Blues

away and I think when you hear it you'll understand why. There's some great jamming

though and he's gone, especially the jam in the truckin and the other one.

The second set, the portion we have ends with the Warfraut with Row Jimmy rather after

warfrat.

We don't have the Casey Jones, but it's a very interesting show and I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
