Summary

On the heels of an acclaimed tour of east and south, Furthur has just announced dates for their summer tour. It seemed to me to be only fitting to feature the band this week for those of you who may not have been fortunate enough to catch them so far this year, as well as those of you lucky enough to have seen them. This week I'm going to feature music from two of their recent shows, first from a show in Pittsburgh, then from Phil Lesh's birthday show in New York City. 0:08.3	On the heels of what's been a wildly successful concert tour, I thought this week would be a great time to bring you a

0:18.7	dates that they played during their recent East Coast tour. We're going to start
0:22.3	out with the show they played in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
0:24.6	at Peterson Advanced Center on March 30th, 2011. We're going to go from the first set and listen to
0:30.2	feel like a stranger, till the morning comes Lucy, pride at Kukamunga, and then a new tune called
0:36.2	Colors of the Rain. Just to give you an introduction to how they sound these days, then we're going to move over to
0:41.7	a show they did a little bit earlier actually at Best Buy Theater. This is what happened to occur on Phil Lesh's birthday. March the 15th, 2011, and was the show in which they performed the entire second set from Abbey Road.
