Summary

This first Deadpod of Spring we will be hearing the second set from the bands' performance on St. Patrick's Day, 1991 at the Cap Center in Landover MD. A fine pre-drums segment, highlighted for me by 'Crazy Fingers'... but what really brings the crowd to their feet is the east coast breakout of 'New Speedway Boogie' for the first time in over 20 years. This tune had been played on the west coast about a month earlier, but despite some rough vocals everyone was stoked to hear it! Post Drumx highlight I think is a fine Wheel ->Watchtower... although I always enjoy the Black Peter..

0:18.0	It starts out with China Rider, Man Smart Woman Smarter, Crazy Fingers, truckinging and then they break out new speedway
0:25.5	boogie it had premiered about a month earlier on the west coast during the height of the
0:30.4	Gulf War but this was its return to the East Coast.
0:32.9	And well, it's somewhat a sloppy version that's still great to hear.
0:36.4	Following that is drums in space, and then a typical kind of post-drums segmented the wheel,
0:42.4	all along the watchtower Black Peter around and a nice US blues
