Summary

This week's Deadpod starts with one of my all-time favorite Shakedown Streets - this one really blows the doors off the place then seques into a fine Samson & Delilah..After a sweet Ship of Fools we're treated to a great ride on the Terrapin Express!! This set seems a real precursor of the fine shows to follow in 1980 and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.. the double encore, Alabama Getaway into Promised Land, shows me the band had a great time this night as well!

0:07.0	This week we have the pleasure of listening to the second set from this amazingly good show I think from Kansas City, Kansas the soldier and sailors memorial hall

0:19.8	into Sampson and Delilah. Man this is is really good stuff. If you're a fan of
0:24.0	shakedown, I know a lot of you are. Just listen for Brent Solo on this and
0:28.2	Jerry really blows it away too. I think you'll really enjoy that shakedown
0:32.0	street. It's fabulous fabulous and then it goes into
0:35.0	ship of fools and then Terrapin station one of my favorite versions of the song
0:38.8	and the lost sailor then we get the Saint of Circumstance, then a nice estimated jam and drums not fade away,
0:48.3	Black Peter, into Sugar Magnolia.
0:50.5	And then a double encore of Alabama getaway into the promised land. So you know they were enjoying themselves this night.
0:56.0	And I think it shows in this music the recordings much better than most of those that have been out.
