Summary

This week we have one of the finest shows from the Fall tour of 1985. This comes to us from Rochester New York on November 7, 1985.

The opening 'Dancing In the Street' is strong and cohesive - we can tell we are in for a special night. The 'Dire Wolf' presents Jerry in fine voice. While Bobby is a bit cheesy on 'CC Rider' the 'Loser' that follows is excellent. The country 'Mama Tried'>'Mexicalli Blues' is a great lead in to a rockin' 'Cumberland Blues'. While 'Beat it On Down the Line' is also tight and well-played, the set closing 'Deal' is a tad fast, but still always a nice set closer..

0:06.0	you could pick us up this week. This week, I'm going to bring you a fine set, really, from
0:11.5	the fall tour of 1985. This one takes place on November the 7th, 1985 at the Community War Memorial
0:19.1	in Rochester, New York. We're going to hear
0:21.3	Set One this week and Set 2 next week. Set One starts out with a strong dance in the streets.
0:26.7	The band is listening and playing together quite well on this one. Dyer Wolf follows,
0:31.6	and Jerry's in fine voice here. C.C. Rider follows. Brett does some nice stuff there. A great loser.
0:39.3	Then mama tries Mexicali blues into a smoking Cumberland blues.
0:43.3	Beat it on down the line follows.
0:45.3	Again, very nicely played and tight.
0:48.3	Deal closes set one.
0:49.3	It's done a little bit quick, which is, of course,
0:52.3	it's one of the hallmarks of the 85 shows.
0:56.1	Nevertheless, has some interesting jams in there from Jerry.
