I'm Pete, joined by Darius, no mic today. And we're recording at the tail end of a blowout, and we're on the wrong end of it. Lakers came out and they were up by five at the end of the first half.

They defended well. Started small, started with 80 at the five and four guards and they were up by five at

half time. And then the second half they completely fell apart to get blown out by the Minnesota

Timberwolves. I think you and I are sympathetic of this loss being of a

certain nature. And I don't think it's going to be the last one this season for a number of factors.

What happened tonight? I just thought the Lakers, they look fatigued, man. They look tired. They look tired

physically. They look tired mentally. They played two overtime games this week.

They're down still, a bunch of rotation players, including LeBron.

I also thought some of it was Minnesota's not necessarily a quality team.

Like, the Lakers had some juice for Charlotte, I thought.

Like, oh, up and coming team, lamella ball. We just had the Portland

game too, right? Like, it didn't even have as much to do with Charlotte is like, yo, we don't

want to play like we did in Portland. Yeah, but I think it was a combination of both of those,

those things, but definitely the Portland loss looming for them, right? And then the heat, I think that's sort of like a measuring stick game for a lot of teams

in the league.
