I mean, I'm sure there'll be some projections and some indication as to who's going to make the runoff.

Katie Grimes from California Globe had this story today.

They have, she wrote a story about the legalized ballot harvesting in California that allows a third party to collect ballots and deliver them to election officials.

It used to be the only person who could return another voter's ballot was a family member.

And since 2016, they allowed this ballot harvesting.

And you have now these organizations that get paid to roam around and collect ballots and hand them in.

And ever since then, the Democrats get huge surges of votes, mail-in ballots that get counted for weeks.

There's so many that come in.
