Abe Renoil I hope hi John we're laughing because I looked at Abe and then I

went up on his name and and he looked at me like who are you who are you

yeah and in Washington senior writer Christine Rosen heikristeen hi John if

we sound a little different from previous shows we have actually moved to our

summer residence we have a podcast studio that we sort of put up a wall

splitting an office here in in our offices and the problem with it is that it

has no ventilation there's no air conditioning and so it gets blazingly hot

so we have now relocated to an empty office and we put some cheap acoustical

tiles on the walls and my guess is it sounds somewhat different but we will

will maybe it'll be richer and nicer who knows hard to say so we'll start

we'll we'll start with the ridiculous the ridiculous being the entry into the

presidential race number 23 and the democratic field of build the blasio

nay Warren Wilhelm junior the the the man who won two landslide elections to be

mayor of New York with respectively 24% and 17% of the electorate actually

voting in those elections so he he bids fair to be the least popular

landslide winning politician in the country people here in New York I mean

I honestly I don't know anybody who likes him I'm not even sure why everybody

has contempt for him I mean maybe progressives love him I can't really tell

it seems like they love Alexandria Causia Cortez and have no particular feeling
