If everybody had good mental health, then all the other problems would be solved.

Because in order to take care of mechanical and practical problems,

you have to have good mental health in order to attack those problems.

If people were just in a position to have their minds functioning right, then everything else

will fall into line. Now that's a dream. That's probably not going to happen. That's my dream.

This week I've got a mix I reported last weekend for a special B-Port Reconnect stream

called When the Music Stops, which was a 24-hour virtual festival in support of mental health.

I haven't done that many streams this year, only a few,

but this one felt extra important to me.

It's been an extremely challenging year,

and in one way or another, we've all been affected mentally by it.

I know music and dancing is one of the best therapies for many of us.

To go out, see your friends, socialize and let off steam

is something that we all need to do to cope with our jobs or our daily lives.

Not being able to do so and having to isolate has made 2020 even harder.

I know many of us and you and people in general are suffering from loneliness, depression,

anxiety these days and streams like, where we highlight those issues and maybe make a little bit of a difference,
