the question at the time when the announcement was, is there enough content for simply something that would fall under the DC banner to necessitate

its own standalone streaming service? I mean that was the big question, right?

Because they announced it like, oh, that's a cool idea.

But why not just have that as a part of a larger HBO.

And in particular, when they announced HBO Max, why not just make that a part of HBO Max, and we'll get to that a little bit more in a second?
