Well, it is Friday. We made it through yet another week. It seems like sometimes, sometimes you just have months like this where it seems like every week, week by week, it just keeps getting busier and busier and busier.

But of course, tragedy struck the D.C. area, downtown D.C. on Wednesday night into Thursday.

Talked about that in passing yesterday morning.

Well, we now have a name.

The suspect's name is Elias Rodriguez.

He is an absolute, unmitigated, radical leftist who is, who hails from Chicago.

Now, in the filing, I believe this is the local filing, a criminal filing against Elias Rodriguez.

This is the description of what happened, what went down outside of that museum on Wednesday evening.

Quote, once Rodriguez walked past the decedents and two witnesses, he turned to face their

backs and brandished a firearm from the area of his waistband.

Rodriguez is captured on the video extending both his arms in the direction of the decedents and firing several times, as indicated by the muzzle flashes.

Once the decedents fell to the ground, Rodriguez is captured on the video advancing closer to the decedents,

leaning over them with his arms extended and firing several more times.

As decedent one attempted to crawl away from Rodriguez.

He followed behind her and fired again.

After a brief moment, Rodriguez appeared to reload his firearm.
