It's something Democrats have been doing.

Both sides have been doing, but Democrats, especially over the last 30 years, doing the best they can to get as many illegal immigrants counted in the census.

Most of them in sanctuary cities, logic would lead you there.

And that means they get more people representing them in the House.

But now as you look at Texas blossoming and people leaving California, that's not good news for Democrats.

And Trump is saying, let's get some more Republican seats.
