Back in your life on this Monday, July 20, 2020. Hello again, everyone. Welcome back to a brand new edition of DC and how many that's DC, Daniel Cormier. I'm how many are you how many and as always we are presented by Modelo Modelo Espacial.

Root for those with a fighting spirit and Daniel Cormier, we have a lot to discuss coming up. Yes, yes, the last time we spoke to UFC events. Did you know this? No, there's been two UFC events since the last yes, yes, yes, they had a fight on Wednesday. They had a fight on Saturday. Yes, yes, you don't watch them because you're in training camp.

So I haven't really watched as closely as I would normally because I've been training and then you know, honestly, man, when you when you're like so engulfed in fighting and everything is fighting, fighting, fighting, fighting.

I talk about fighting on Mondays, I go back to fighting right after I'm done talking about it. That on a Wednesday night, you know, I prefer to just kind of kick back because I'm practicing twice. Right. So I train in the morning, I train again in the evening.

When I'm done at 730, I don't want to go and throw on fights. I just go and lay now, maybe place a video games and just kind of chill.

So you have no idea that there's a new fly away champion. You have. I know that. I know that I watch, I watch figure radio and in Joseph, Benavita's. But on Saturday, that was the only fight I watched was the main event.

Interesting. Okay. We didn't watch any of that.

We will get to all of that. Of course, so much to discuss is one more UFC fight Island event this Saturday, maybe outside of Mazvidal Usman, the fight that I was looking forward to the most when all these fights were announced Robert Whitaker against Darantel.

I love that fight. And the card is just stacked from top to bottom. So we'll get to that.

I'll check in with your training camp situation because you're on deck. You're the next pay per view. There's all kinds of ads, posters, things of that nature. There's so much going on. I want to ask you about the state of your fight about where it's going down all that stuff for more.

But let's address something that happened yesterday right off the bat. People hitting me up left, right in center.

And a like on your Twitter, explain to us what happened here DC.

I get a look. I get something on my Twitter that said that I'm anti-Somantic. This is this is what you told me I'm anti-Somantic.

I don't even know what anti-Somantic is like to be honest with you. I didn't even know the first time I saw that tweet was when you sent me to tweet.

I had no idea what it is. I don't even I didn't even bother to read it. I just unlike it. But I saw that I had a whole bunch of mentions from somebody saying that I was anti-Somantic.

I didn't like the and I like some tweet. So then I'm calling in your column. I'm feeling horrible all afternoon. I'm like, I'm anti-Somantic towards Ariel.

And then I got to think about my friend Danny Rubenstein. So I'm like, okay, so do I not like Danny Rubenstein?

Like what the problem? I saw as Danny, I go Danny, I go, am I anti-Somantic? He goes, that is the that is the that would not be the thing that comes to mind in regards to you.
