Summary

This episode is likely to be one of the most controversial Eva has ever published, at least among the younger big dreamers who would love nothing more than to spend hours of time each day watching TV, perusing TikTok or playing video games. DreamBigPodcast.com/437

But this is the DREAM BIG podcast, and the truth is that too many people are destroying their big dreams by spending all their “free” time every day on anything but working towards their big dreams.  Studies show that the average American spends more than 6 hours every day watching TV and on social media.  That’s 6 hours per day that could be spent making progress on your dreams.  In this episode, Eva shares her 3-part strategy for reclaiming many of those hours, and how you can ensure that this newfound time will be spent on working towards your big dreams.  For our show notes, visit DreamBigPodcast.com/437

One of the most common questions I get from our big dreamers is how I'm able to be a full-time student and be a podcast host and still have time for other extracurricular activities like volleyball, horseback riding, and singing.

1:12.0

I only have 24 hours in a day, just like everybody else, and many of the hours are spent

1:17.2

either sleeping, eating, or at school. So really, there's only maybe six hours per day or so that I

1:23.6

can use towards other passions and interests. So for me, the way I'm able to get so much done

1:29.0

is I'm being productive during most of these hours. That's not to say that I don't have free time

where I'm just watching TV or playing games, but we have a saying in my house that my parents

printed on a piece of paper and hung in our kitchen for all to see. That saying is get it done, then go have fun.
