And the former president, he'll be in the hall for at least two of the most anticipated speakers tonight,

his former Republican primary opponents, the former UN

Ambassador Nikki Haley, who was the last to drop out after a very bitter race and the

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

Also coming up this hour, Republicans will focus on their fight to retake the U.S. Senate,

featuring candidates from key battleground states
