Currently, I'm sitting in my apartments in Lisbon.

I arrived a few days ago after spending a few days in London with a toddler, which was awesome.

I've had a lot of, you knowino Verde, a lot of wine, a lot of other wine, a lot of cheese, a lot of ham.

But which means you go on vacation in southern Europe?

Like that just is pretty much exactly what you'd have to do there, I think.

Technically, for the purposes of my employers who are listening, I am not on vacation.

I am working from abroad. I love it. But nobody ever told me it's not in the handbook that you can't work

while sitting in a beautiful plaza with a glass of wine. I believe that's correct. Where in the world is

Aaron Simpson? I am deep in the heart of eastern marinasthan this weekend uh i'm on

emerald aisle today and i'm going to a change of command at camp lejun tomorrow so i will also be

working remotely uh possibly while listening to uh the audiobook of skunk works while on the beach

which i think should mostly count as something resembling work. Wow, you guys are real jet setters. I must say, though, that I did have the

benefit of having basically the most beautiful weather night in D.C. in some time last night, where

it actually got cool at night and people could like walk around without bursting into flames.

So that was worth staying in town just for that.
