I was going to say creative.

I never would have considered carving faces on partially shelled pistachios.

Working on my own theory.

What theory is that?

That if I try creating things that are disturbing in real life, then I can stop thinking about

my dreams so much, like last night's when all of a sudden it was Halloween day.

The trip alone was pure excitement. Maybe not for the others, but definitely for me. The experience of leaving my tiny village to go to the big city was near enough winning the lottery, off and away, albeit only for a weekend.
