0:56.3	The United States could go into default by June, and that would be an economic disaster.
1:02.0	The House Republicans will not agree to an increase without spending cuts.
1:06.7	But of course, the debt ceiling is not about new spending.
1:10.0	It's simply about paying our bills.
1:12.3	This afternoon, the White House had this warning for those Republicans.
1:17.3	If we're even thinking about a default or playing these kinds of political games using
1:24.9	the debt ceiling as hostage for the kinds of so-called negotiations these folks are talking
1:31.8	about, it is the pinnacle of irresponsible governance.
