Nearly 24 hours after its final report was made public tonight, the January 6th Committee

released a new batch of witness transcripts.

They're from interviews with key people in Trump's administration, including Bill Barr,

Pat Sepelone, Kaylee McAnany, Hope Hicks, and his daughter and senior advisor Ivanka

Trump.

We will break down what we're learning in just a moment, but first, the committee's

report is wrapping up its 18-month investigation and it is very clear about the main reason

for the attack on our American democracy.

The panel says the central cause was one man, former President Trump.

None of the events of January 6th would have happened without him.

Many members want him barred from holding office ever again.

The report also describes at least 200 attempts to pressure state officials into overturning

the 2020 election.
