The Justice Department appears to be picking up pace on its two big criminal investigations

into the twice impeached former president.

Today, Trump's former White House counsels Pat Sepelone and Pat Filben both spent several

hours inside a federal courthouse in Washington, D.C.

They reportedly were testifying in front of at least one grand jury.

Special counsel Jack Smith is leading the investigations into Trump's efforts to overturn the 2020 election,

as well as his handling of classified documents that were seized from our logo over the summer.

Sepelone and Filben were inside the Trump White House, of course, during the final days

of his administration.

And Sepelone has already testified to the Jan 6th Committee.

There was a real question in my mind and a real concern, particularly after the Attorney

General had reached the conclusion that there was a sufficient election for us to change

the outcome of the election, when other people kept suggesting that there was, the federal

government seized voting machines.

It's a terrible idea to put the picture.
