about the impetus behind it, what drove you to call it as Nashir, and the actual

contents of it, of course, but I'd like to just say in terms of my impressions as a secular

woman, looking at this really impressive book, I found it both spiritual, of course, and

super practical in a way. So just let's talk first of all about the impetus,

and then we'll dive into it and discuss the different sections of it, because it's really

kind of counterintuitive in a way, at least for people like me, who weren't expecting,

for example, a prayer for the news, which very practical for me.
